Working within a competitive team environment shaped his understanding of what it truly takes to develop strength, resilience, and consistency under pressure.
As his passion for strength and human performance evolved, Tom transitioned into a dedicated Power Performance Coach, focused on athlete performance training to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more robust — not just in the gym, but in competition.
Specialising in powerlifting, performance nutrition, and energy system optimisation, Tom works with athletes and ambitious individuals across all levels — from those building their foundations to competitive performers chasing measurable gains.
